Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation of healthcare professionals (“You” or “Health Professional”) who partner with HealthMate, a digital platform managed by [HealthMate Technologies Pvt. Ltd.] (“Company”, “We”, or “Us”) to deliver home-based healthcare and wellness services to patients (“Users”).

Eligibility and Registration

  1. You must be a qualified and licensed healthcare professional (doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, etc.)
  2. Accurate credentials must be provided and verified.
  3. The Company reserves the right to verify your credentials.

Scope of Services

  1. You agree to provide ethical and professional care within your scope.
  2. Services include home visits, virtual consultations, diagnostics, etc.
  3. You shall not act beyond your legal qualifications.

Conduct and Compliance

  1. Compliance with laws, ethics, and clinical standards is mandatory.
  2. Misconduct or negligence may result in suspension or termination.
  3. Maintain patient confidentiality.

Service Fees and Payments

  1. Fees may be fixed or dynamic.
  2. Platform may deduct commission.
  3. Payments will be processed to your account periodically.
  4. You are responsible for taxes and insurance.

Scheduling and Cancellation

  1. Adherence to schedules is expected.
  2. Notify of cancellations at least 4 hours in advance.
  3. Excessive cancellations may affect your profile.

Use of the App and Technology

  1. App is to be used only for professional purposes.
  2. No unauthorized communications or services outside the platform.
  3. Keep login credentials secure.

Intellectual Property and Branding

  1. HealthMate owns platform content and branding.
  2. Contributed content may be used with credit.

Termination and Suspension

  1. Platform may suspend access for violations or complaints.
  2. You may deactivate with 7 days’ notice.

Limitation of Liability

  1. HealthMate is not clinically responsible for care provided.
  2. You are responsible for your clinical actions.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify HealthMate for liabilities arising from your actions.

Amendments

  • HealthMate may amend terms. Continued use implies acceptance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Disputes resolved via arbitration.
