Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation of healthcare professionals
(“You” or “Health Professional”) who partner with HealthMate, a digital platform managed by
[HealthMate Technologies Pvt. Ltd.] (“Company”, “We”, or “Us”) to deliver home-based healthcare
and wellness services to patients (“Users”).
Eligibility and Registration
- You must be a qualified and licensed healthcare professional (doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, etc.)
- Accurate credentials must be provided and verified.
- The Company reserves the right to verify your credentials.
Scope of Services
- You agree to provide ethical and professional care within your scope.
- Services include home visits, virtual consultations, diagnostics, etc.
- You shall not act beyond your legal qualifications.
Conduct and Compliance
- Compliance with laws, ethics, and clinical standards is mandatory.
- Misconduct or negligence may result in suspension or termination.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
Service Fees and Payments
- Fees may be fixed or dynamic.
- Platform may deduct commission.
- Payments will be processed to your account periodically.
- You are responsible for taxes and insurance.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Adherence to schedules is expected.
- Notify of cancellations at least 4 hours in advance.
- Excessive cancellations may affect your profile.
Use of the App and Technology
- App is to be used only for professional purposes.
- No unauthorized communications or services outside the platform.
- Keep login credentials secure.
Intellectual Property and Branding
- HealthMate owns platform content and branding.
- Contributed content may be used with credit.
Termination and Suspension
- Platform may suspend access for violations or complaints.
- You may deactivate with 7 days’ notice.
Limitation of Liability
- HealthMate is not clinically responsible for care provided.
- You are responsible for your clinical actions.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify HealthMate for liabilities arising from your actions.
Amendments
- HealthMate may amend terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governed by laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Disputes resolved via arbitration.
